Applitools Centra- Visual Collaboration tool

Applitools Centra connects teams across the product delivery lifecycle to allow them to track, validate, and collaborate on UIs from design to implementation.

My role:

End-to-End Ownership: As the Product Design Lead, I managed the entire design lifecycle—from user research and conceptualization to UX wireframing, visual design, delivery, and QA.
High-Level UX/UI Oversight: Directed the overarching UX and UI strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Supervised and mentored a junior product designer, who specialized in detailed UI and UX elements, elevating the team's overall quality of work.
Post-Release Strategy: After product launch, I led user interviews and worked closely with the Product Manager to gather feedback, informing our strategic direction post-MVP.
Collaboration with Development Team: Conducted regular collaborative sessions with the development team to align design and development efforts, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
