NEVA is a chat bot that enables a better customer experience by automating mundane tasks and guiding your employees to enhance their performance.

The Concept

By exploring the world of Conversational Interface, we created a hybrid UI that combines chat, voice and buttons. The challenge was how to make Automation Personal. We created NEVA as an iconic smiling figure to answer that.
