By exploring the world of Conversational Interface, we created a hybrid UI that combines chat, voice and buttons. The challenge was how to make Automation Personal. We created NEVA as an iconic smiling figure to answer that.

The Product
The RAP is an intelligent system that uses complex algorithms to monitor
transactions as they happen in real time. Remote security experts monitor
self-checkout lanes and attendants when there is an issue.
The Concept
Inspired from the race world, I tried to give the user the feeling that he’s in control and understands the big picture.
The challenge was to portray all the details yet create a simple and user friendly experience.
Visual Elements
During the design process, one of the first anchors was - The Gauge. I chose it to represent the severity of the intervention along with the standby time.
